With a healthy construction pipeline and continued growth, they’re now looking to add an experienced Scheduler to their team. This is a business that values its people, promotes from within and provides the systems, support and structure needed to be successful long term.

The role you'll be doing

Working closely with Construction, Estimating and Operations teams, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and scheduling residential construction projects from site start through to handover.

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and maintaining construction schedules
• Coordinating trades, suppliers and material deliveries
• Monitoring build progress and adjusting schedules where required
• Liaising with Site Supervisors and internal stakeholders
• Managing workflow to ensure key construction milestones are achieved
• Identifying potential delays and implementing solutions
• Maintaining accurate records and project documentation
• Supporting operational teams to ensure homes are delivered on time

What they’re looking for

• Previous experience in a residential scheduling position
• Strong understanding of the residential construction process
• Strong IT skills and the ability to pick up new software quickly
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
