Scheduler

We're currently recruiting for a temporary Scheduler to join a large and well-established facilities management organisation in New Plymouth.

This is a busy, fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in ensuring maintenance and service jobs are allocated efficiently to technicians while delivering great service to customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance and service jobs for field technicians
• Manage incoming work orders and prioritise requests
• Liaise with customers, contractors, technicians, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor schedules and make adjustments where required
• Update and maintain records within company systems
• Ensure job information is accurate and completed in a timely manner
• Communicate scheduling changes and service updates to relevant parties
• Support the wider operations team with administrative tasks as needed

About You

• Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, coordination, customer service, or administration
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Comfortable learning and using various systems and software
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
