Scheduler (Service Co-Ordinator / Planner) Location: Abingdon (OX14 1RL) Working hours: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday (Office based) At Trinity Fire & Security , we’re more than just experts in safety and security — we’re a supportive team with a shared purpose: protecting what matters most to our customers.

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and team orientated Service Co-Ordinator to join our Abingdon office (OX14 1RL) and play a vital role in keeping our service operations running seamlessly.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Service Co-Ordinator , you’ll be the key connection between our customers and our field engineers, coordinating critical work, solving problems, and ensuring we deliver on our promises.

You will:

• Plan and schedule field engineer visits, responding quickly and effectively to changing customer needs.
• Deliver outstanding service in every interaction, whether on a call or through email.
• Work closely with engineers, coordinators, and the wider business to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
