About the Role

This role involves scheduling and dispatching inspection and service operations to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction. The position exists to maintain effective communication between clients, inspection managers, and technicians, contributing to the overall efficiency of our client's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch inspection/service operations.
• Communicate with clients to answer questions and schedule appointments effectively.
• Coordinate with inspection managers and technicians via phone, email, or dispatch software.
• Update and track job statuses and ticket closeouts.
• Handle schedule changes and service calls smoothly.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 1 to 3 years of customer service, office, or dispatch experience, preferably in the construction or service industry.
• Strong phone and communication skills.
• Good computer literacy, including familiarity with scheduling software or dispatch databases.
• Organizational and time management skills with multi-tasking abilities to handle a busy, fast-paced work environment.

Work Environment

• This position is onsite 5 days a week.
