Scheduler / Coordinator

Role Description This is a part-time, remote Scheduler / Coordinator role focused on organizing cleaning appointments and supporting field staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing calendars, assigning cleaners to client appointments, confirming schedules with clients, and updating booking information in digital tools or software. The Scheduler / Coordinator will respond to client inquiries, adjust schedules as needs change, and ensure that all visits are accurately documented. The role involves communicating clearly with cleaners and clients, monitoring service timelines, and escalating issues or special requests to the appropriate team members. The position requires consistent follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

• Strong scheduling and coordination abilities, including managing multiple calendars and appointments.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and online platforms (e.g., spreadsheets, scheduling apps, communication tools).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and respectful client-facing approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow structured processes.
• Reliable time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in customer service, office coordination, or operations support is preferred.
• Comfort working with a cleaning or service-based business and coordinating field staff is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
