About the Role

As one of our Scheduling Agents, you will be responsible for coordinating daily job schedules for technicians across the Perth metropolitan area. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong local knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think ahead.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling and dispatching HVAC technicians efficiently
• Coordinating service, maintenance, and installation bookings
• Managing daily run sheets and optimising job routes
• Liaising with customers regarding appointment times and updates
• Handling incoming calls and booking enquiries
• Adjusting schedules in real time as priorities change
• Working closely with management and field staff to ensure smooth operations

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in scheduling/dispatch (HVAC or trades industry essential)
• Thorough knowledge of Perth suburbs and surrounding areas
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communication skills (phone & email)
• High attention to detail
• Proficient with computers
• Full working rights in Australia
