What You'll Do
Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are covered.
Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and care needs.
Respond quickly to call-offs, schedule changes, and urgent coverage needs.
Communicate schedule updates with caregivers, clients, and families.
Maintain accurate scheduling records, client notes, and service information.
Partner with recruiting, HR, sales, and operations teams to support staffing needs.
Monitor attendance, coverage trends, and scheduling accuracy.

Qualifications

Required
Minimum 2 years of scheduling, customer service, staffing, healthcare, or administrative experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
Ability to prioritize urgent situations and make sound decisions quickly.

Preferred
Home care, healthcare, senior care, or staffing industry experience.
Experience coordinating caregiver or employee schedules.
Knowledge of scheduling, workforce management, and client service operations.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
