🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Scheduling and coordinating daily jobs for our Perth plumbing team
• Communicating with clients to confirm bookings, provide updates, and deliver exceptional service
• Working closely with trades, suppliers, and management to ensure seamless job flow
• Monitoring job progress and adjusting schedules in real time to maintain efficiency
• Supporting the office team with general administration and customer service

💪 What You’ll Bring

• Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or rostering (trade/service industry experience a bonus)
• Excellent time-management and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner
• Familiarity with job management software such as Ascora, SimPRO, or ServiceM8
