Pay: $4,000/month

We're a growing security guard company looking for an scheduler who can keep operations running and solve problems without being told twice. If you're a fast learner, good with technology, and stay calm when things get hectic, keep reading.

What you'll do:

• Manage guard scheduling, including finding last-minute coverage when someone calls out
• Onboard new guards: get them set up in Paychex and Connecteam, and record their availability
• Track and manage guard card status for all employees
• Assist with hiring new guards (as needed)
• Assign new guards to supervisors
• Update the billing department when schedules change
• Send quarterly thank-you gifts to clients

What we need from you:

• Fast learner who's comfortable with technology and new software
• Calm under pressure - you can make it happen when problems come up
• Reliable and available outside normal business hours, as needed
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote role
