Luxor Healthcare is seeking an organized and dependable Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler to join our team at our skilled nursing facility!

Position: Full-Time

Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Coordinate staffing needs with facility leadership and department managers.
• Monitor attendance, call-offs, and schedule changes.
• Arrange coverage for open shifts and communicate staffing needs to staff.
• Maintain accurate staffing records and schedules.
• Assist with tracking overtime and managing staffing needs.
• Communicate schedule updates and changes to employees.
• Help ensure appropriate staffing levels to support quality resident care.

Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler Qualifications:

• CNA license preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining schedules.
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling software.
• Previous scheduling or staffing experience preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
