Scheduler - Workforce Planning

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Revises daily pit/allocation in a timely manner which fulfil all operational demands
• Manages and solves issues relating to last minute changes in business requirements
• Pro-actively identify any shortfalls or anomalies and raise them to the Supervisor
• Assesses and processes requests based on business demand
• Maintains records relating to leaves of absences, sick calls, suspensions and special days off as they relate to the daily and fortnightly rosters
• Ensures all customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous service at all times.
• Performs other job related duties assigned by superiors

II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Educational Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Business-related courses

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year scheduling experience in a medium to large-sized organization
• Experience in Casino and Hotel Scheduling

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Time Management and Multi-tasking skills
• Team player and committed to self-development
• Ability to handle pressure and approachable
• Fluent in oral and written English language
