Work Setup & Schedule: Onsite/Shifting

Salary: 27K

Overview:

Responsible for creating and managing effective schedules that align staffing requirements with forecasted demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain employee schedules based on forecasts

• Manage shift bids, schedule adjustments, and updates

• Ensure optimal staffing coverage while minimizing costs

• Coordinate closely with operations teams

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in WFM scheduling

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

• Knowledge of forecasting and capacity planning concepts

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
