The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Transport Scheduler/Administrator to join our successful team based in Malaga. Your primary responsibilities will be the following:

• Efficiently scheduling deliveries and collections with company owned fleet
• Effectively communicate with drivers
• Offer exceptional customer service
• Always strive to meet customer deadlines and expectations
• Be able to alter runs on the go as priorities change
• Accurately input orders directly from customers and internal account managers
• Create daily run sheets
• Developing relationships with new and existing customers
• Administration and customer service tasks such as booking in bins, managing emails etc
