Scheduler/Dispatcher

Are you experienced in logistics, transport dispatching, or managing drivers? We are looking for a responsible and proactive professional.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Dispatcher/Scheduler will be responsible for the daily coordination of international transport operations and ensuring the smooth organisation of drivers' work.

Main Responsibilities:

Transmit transport orders and instructions to drivers Organise and supervise the daily work of drivers Monitor transport operations and coordinate with customers, partners, and managers Quickly identify and resolve operational issues Check transport documents and information Set daily work priorities Maintain regular communication and information exchange with the team Manage and coordinate a group of drivers

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree Holder Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, or a related field Experience in dispatching and scheduling a group of drivers is highly preferred Good command of Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Able to analyse information and set priorities Reliable, responsible, punctual, and organised Flexible and proactive Able to work effectively under pressure and in stressful situations Comfortable using different applications and digital tools Willing to work.
