Scheduler/Estimator

Due to company growth, we’re excited to offer an opportunity for a full-time Scheduler/Estimator to join our estimating team in Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Scheduler/Estimator, you’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing support to develop the skills needed to contribute to our estimating and scheduling functions. Your main responsibilities will include:

·         Assisting supervisors with day-to-day queries and operational challenges

·         Preparing and issuing purchase orders for scheduled work

·         Learning to interpret construction drawings to complete accurate quantity take-offs

·         Performing measurement take-offs to support estimating activities

·         Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team members

·         Monitoring job timeframes to ensure key deadlines are met

·         Carrying out general administrative and team support tasks as needed

Whether you're new to the construction industry or bring relevant admin or technical experience, your attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and collaborative mindset will be key to your success. In this entry-level role, you’ll support both the estimating and project management teams, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with real opportunities for career growth.

·         Confidence using Microsoft Excel and construction-related software
