Scheduling Administrator

GBP Cranes and Heavy Haulage are looking for an experienced Administrator to support our very busy office team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in an administrative, data entry role. Experience in mining or heavy industry would be an advantage but not essential.

This role is available between the hours of 9am-3pm to assist with answering phones and being the first point of contact for our clients, general data entry and reconciliation of paperwork in our allocations department.

Key success factors are as follows:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced administration team.

• Completing data entry with absolute accuracy.

• A high level of attention to detail is a requirement.

• Familiarity in using a broad range of accounting/software systems.

• Previous experience working mining, logistics or heavy industry preferred but not essential.

• An absolute must, is to be able to work well with and support the team, bring a solution focused mindset and look for opportunities to better our client outcomes.

• Be a positive communicator with a professional demeanor at all times.

Experience/Knowledge

• High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite

• XERO experience preferred, but not essential

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to take direction from various teams
