Scheduling Administrator/ Coordinator

Stinson Air & Solar is a multiple award winning company- made up of a great team of fun minded people. We require a scheduling superstar to become part of the team to work full time.

Experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential as training and support are offered. The ideal candidate will have a mature approach and be willing to provide a high quality of customer service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a mature approach and a bright bubbly personality, friendly, well presented and have really great organization skills.

Day to day duties include, but are not limited to;

• Scheduling of our trades for installations.
• After-sales service.
• Assisting fellow team members when required.

To be successful in this position you must:

• Be extremely organized and efficient
• Show initiative with a mature work ethic
• Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Have a good sense of humour.
• Be customer focused.
• Pay very close attention to detail.
• Willing to learn and take on new tasks
• Hold Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
• Experience preferred but not essential as training is provided
