Description Ballwin Dental Care is expanding our team! We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our amazing team. Preferred candidates should love working with people in a fun and fast paced environment, have strong customer service and phone skills, as well as a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities & Goals The scheduling of appointments for both new and existing patients utilizing friendly and professional communication skills via phone, email, and text messaging.

Provide excellent customer service while accurately gathering and entering patient data and insurance information.
