Scheduling Coordinator

Whitney Sleep Diagnostics & Consultants has been providing comprehensive sleep medicine services to patients for the past 15+ years. Our mission is to serve patients who live in areas where access to sleep medicine would not be available without our presence. We partner with hospitals in rural areas throughout the Midwest to provide the same level of care that is typically found in major metropolitan communities.

The Position:

We are seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to join our Detroit Lakes, MN office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with our hospital partners, patients, and staff to ensure the smooth delivery of our services. This individual will independently facilitate calls with primary care doctors, hospital partners, and patients, and collaborate effectively with the patient care team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of scheduling experience – preferably in the medical field
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
• Knowledge of HIPAA policies and guidelines
• Proficient in operating computers
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, pay attention to details, and manage time effectively
• Ability to work well in a team dynamic as well as independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
