Scheduling Coordinator

Overview

We are hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to support a growing ABA and Mental Health Agency in Longwood, FL. This role manages staff and client schedules, responds to late arrivals and no-shows, and supports daily agency operations.

This is a non-clinical, administrative position with structured training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule ABA and Mental Health clients
• Adjust schedules for late arrivals, cancellations, and no-shows
• Coordinate staffing coverage and backfill sessions when possible
• Communicate schedule changes to staff and families
• Track attendance, cancellations, and utilization
• Ensure scheduling aligns with authorizations and billing rules
• Follow escalation procedures for clinical concerns (no clinical decision-making)
• Track and Request client authorizations
• Assign ABA Cases to staff

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Calm, professional communication under pressure
• Comfortable using scheduling systems, EHRs, or similar software

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or therapy scheduling

Pay & Benefits
