Your role is pivotal in coordinating 6 technicians across VIC, NSW and ACT, managing schedules, solving problems quickly, while keep customers informed.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate technician schedules, installations, and service bookings across multiple regions
• Manage booking changes, urgent rescheduling requirements, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Plan schedules strategically to maximise efficiency, minimise travel time, and ensure practical geographic routing
• Coordinate freight, deliveries, and returns to meet project deadlines and service commitments
• Liaise with customers daily to confirm appointments, communicate updates, and resolve scheduling issues
• Maintain accurate systems, schedules, and communication records across multiple platforms

What Matters

• Experience in Scheduling, Logistics, Service or Customer Service
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and stay calm under pressure
• Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach
• Confident, professional phone manner, able to manager high volumes of customer communication
• Ability to handle challenging situations positively around scheduling, delays, limited availability, while maintaining a calm and positive approach
• Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving ability
