Scheduling Coordinator

Progressive, new, fun orthodontic practice is seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator. Prior dental financial experience not necessary but preferred. We are willing to train the right individual for this position. Dolphin Management/Ortho/Dental software experience a plus!

Our two orthodontic practice locations are in Chesterfield and Saint Charles. This is a great position for people who have experience with answering phones, problem solving, and excellent people skills.

Must possess excellent verbal and written skills, be people oriented, have excellent work ethic and references. Attention to detail a must. Background check will be requested.

Excellent hourly pay based upon financial experience and benefits!

Practice Hours:

Monday-Friday 8-5, 9-6, or 7-4

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answering front desk phones and scheduling patients
• Ensuring that accounts are aged correctly
• Working with the treatment coordinator presenting new patient treatment plan pricing
• E-mailing monthly account statements to patients and responding to questions

• Consistent professionalism when communicating with patients, parents, and staff
• Experience managing stressful situations in a calm, mature, professional manner
• Works well with other team members
