THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Wilson Security. This full-time role offers a competitive salary is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Efficiently schedule and roster security personnel across multiple sites.
· Manage and maintain workforce rosters, ensuring compliance with site requirements.
· Ability to work between the hours of 5am and 9pm Monday to Friday, with occasional shifts outside of these hours on weekends.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will have:
· Proven experience in high volume scheduling and rostering
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
· An understanding of the Security Services Industry Award
· Proficiency in software applications and Microsoft Office.
· A proactive approach to problem-solving and workforce planning.
