Scheduling Coordinator

**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care settings and possess knowledge of home healthcare terminology and scheduling systems.

**Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate patient appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal scheduling and minimal wait times

• Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service

• Utilize electronic health record systems for staff scheduling

• Maintain accurate patient records and update medical information as needed

• Collaborate with home care staff to ensure smooth scheduling flow and resolve scheduling conflicts

• Assist with administrative tasks as required

**Requirements:**

• Proficiency in home care setting and understanding of policy procedures

• Previous experience as a home care setting is advantageous

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of home care office procedures and front desk operations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
