Job Overview:

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and maintain staff, client, and appointment schedules.

* Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments as needed.

* Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant parties.

* Monitor scheduling conflicts and resolve issues promptly.

* Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.

* Follow up on outstanding appointments and ensure adequate coverage.

* Provide administrative support to the operations team.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or administration.

* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or scheduling software.

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

* High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
