Maverick Metal & Roof Supply is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Coordinator to support daily production and delivery operations. This role ensures customer orders are accurate, scheduled properly, and delivered on time while serving as a key link between sales, warehouse, drivers, and purchasing.

Responsibilities:

• Review sales orders for accuracy and material availability
• Schedule and prioritize orders based on timelines and delivery routes
• Coordinate daily picking and loading of trucks
• Schedule delivery routes and confirm delivery times with customers
• Monitor order status from start to finish
• Communicate delays, shortages, or changes proactively
• Coordinate with purchasing to maintain proper inventory levels
• Assist with resolving delivery or job-site issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and production updates
• Schedule and coordinate drivers to create the most efficient delivery routes, maximizing time, productivity, and on-time deliveries

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in production, logistics, or building materials preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with inventory or order management systems preferred
• Excellent computer skills
