Summary

We are seeking a Medical Scheduler to join our team at Texas Pain Partners, PLLC. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments and managing the scheduling process to ensure efficient operations within our medical office. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our mission to provide exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar for multiple physicians.
• Ensure accurate patient information is collected and maintained in the system.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their appointments and any necessary preparations.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize scheduling efficiency and patient flow.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to scheduling and office operations.
• Assist with clerical tasks as needed to support the medical office's daily functions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical office management or as a medical receptionist.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with scheduling software such as Aprima is a plus.
• Bilingual
