Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for a high quality patient centered private dental practice in Kirkland, WA.

What you’ll do

• Manage appointment scheduling for patients.
• Coordinate with dental staff to confirm availability and facilitate timely patient care.
• Verify insurance information and handle dental billing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide outstanding customer service through effective phone etiquette while managing multi-line phone systems.
• Collect patient copays

Basic qualifications

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Dentrix is preferred
• Must have at least 1 yr dental front office experience
• Familiarity with ADA dental codes
