Scheduling Coordinator

We’re seeking a temporary, 40-hour work week Scheduling Coordinator to support our team during leave-coverage. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating people and adapts to last-minute changesin an ever-changing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule labor using Lasso workforce management platform (Prior experience is a must)
• Schedule events and meetings using Outlook
• Create and maintain event timelines and production calendars
• Support weekly payroll processing and technician onboarding
• Assist with general office and administrative support

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel (LASSO experience is a must)
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
