We’re looking for a positive, reliable People and Scheduling Lead who enjoys working with people, keeping things organized, and helping a team succeed while delivering great experiences for every guest.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support baristas during shifts
• Ensure schedules are accurate
• Coach team members and uphold BIGGBY standards
• Handle cash/deposits & keep the store guest-ready

What We're Looking For

• Someone who is coachable
• A person who is detail-oriented.
• Scheduling and hiring experience is a plus, but not required.
• A natural organizer who follows through without being reminded.
