Scheduling Manager

Florida Seamless Gutters is looking for a Scheduling Manager who can keep installation crews, customers, and upcoming jobs organized when the calendar doesn't always go according to plan.

A full schedule is only useful when it actually works. Weather changes. A project takes longer than expected. Materials may need to arrive before a crew can start. A customer may need to move an appointment.

The Scheduling Manager will be responsible for keeping those moving pieces organized and making adjustments before small scheduling problems turn into bigger ones.

What you'll be doing

• Build and maintain daily and weekly installation schedules
• Coordinate crew assignments based on workload, location, and job requirements
• Schedule customer installations and communicate appointment details
• Review upcoming projects and identify potential scheduling conflicts
• Adjust schedules when weather, delays, cancellations, or other changes occur
• Keep customers informed when timing or installation dates change
• Coordinate with team members regarding crew and material availability
• Track postponed and rescheduled projects through completion
• Maintain accurate scheduling and project information
• Monitor upcoming workload and help plan for busy periods
• Look for practical ways to reduce scheduling gaps and unnecessary delays

What we're looking for

• Experience in scheduling, dispatch, construction coordination, home improvement, logistics, field services, or a similar environment
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple crews, appointments, or schedules
• Able to make practical decisions when priorities change
• Clear and professional communication with customers and field teams
• Dependable follow-through
• Comfortable using scheduling, CRM, dispatch, or project-management software
• Roofing, gutter, construction, or home-improvement experience is helpful, but not required

You don't need to have scheduled gutter installations before.

Someone who has coordinated roofing crews, HVAC technicians, plumbers, landscapers, delivery teams, solar installers, window crews, or another mobile workforce may already have much of the experience we're looking for.

We're looking for someone who can look several days ahead, recognize where a problem is likely to happen, and make the adjustment before it affects the rest of the schedule.

Pay: $66,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
