What they need

Ambrose Construct Group is one of Australia's leading insurance repair specialists, delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship nationwide. Our success is built on the strength of our people, and we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing Specialist Reports Team.

Whether you're looking to start your career in the insurance building industry or bring your administration and coordination skills into a new sector, we'd love to hear from you. No industry experience is required. We'll provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

About the Role

As a Specialist Reports Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the estimating team by coordinating specialist inspections and ensuring reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule trades and specialists to attend residential insurance claim sites.
  • Review specialist reports for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
  • Liaise with a range of stakeholders, including trades, contractors, insurers, and internal teams.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records and data management.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure reports meet company and industry standards.
  • Verify invoices and assist with processing documentation.
  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks while effectively managing competing priorities.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the estimating team as required.

About You

You are organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. You take pride in your attention to detail and have excellent communication skills.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • Previous experience in administration, coordination, customer service, construction, or insurance (desirable but not essential).
  • Experience communicating with trades, contractors, or service providers (highly regarded).
  • Strong computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and other software systems.
  • The ability to learn new processes and technology quickly.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a high-performing, KPI-driven team.
