You’ll also have:
Previous experience in scheduling or rostering, ideally in aged care, home care or a community setting.
Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to find practical solutions when schedules or client requirements change.
An understanding of the SCHADS Award and how it applies to rostering and scheduling.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with clients, employees and internal teams.
Good knowledge of metropolitan and regional areas, which will assist with scheduling services across different locations.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and scheduling or rostering systems.
