We’re looking for a Scheduling Coordinator who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be a key connection between our clients, caregivers, and clinical team, helping ensure clients receive consistent, quality care while supporting the caregivers who make it possible.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and want a career where your contributions truly matter, we’d love to meet you!

Why Join Aveanna?

  • Competitive Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 annual base salary, plus bonus potential of up to 25% of base salary based on branch performance.
  • Generous Time Off: Accrue up to 80 hours of vacation during your first year, increasing to 120 hours after your first year, plus 48 hours of sick time, an 8-hour Fun Day, and an 8-hour Inclusion Day.
  • Paid On-Call Rotation: Participate approximately once every three weeks, providing phone-based support.
  • Career Growth: Build your skills and explore opportunities for advancement into leadership and other roles.
  • Meaningful Work: Make a difference in the lives of clients and families in your community.
  • Collaborative Team: Work alongside dedicated clinical, recruiting, and operational professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate Caregiver Schedules: Match caregiver availability and qualifications with client needs to help maintain reliable, consistent care.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers, providing responsive and professional support.
  • Solve Problems: Address scheduling changes, staffing challenges, and client or caregiver concerns with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with clinical and recruiting teams to support new client referrals, caregiver onboarding, and staffing needs.
  • Support Caregiver Retention: Build engagement, maintain open communication, and help foster a positive caregiver experience.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep schedules, reports, and other documentation organized and up to date.
  • Participate in On-Call Coverage: Provide phone-based support during your assigned rotation, approximately once every three weeks.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, scheduling, or a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can adapt to changing needs and priorities.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus, but it is not required. We welcome candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You…

  • Enjoy helping people and building lasting professional relationships.
  • Can think on your feet and find solutions when plans change.
  • Are organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing competing priorities.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team while taking ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Are interested in developing your skills and growing your career.
