School Admin, AI/Digital/Automation/Data (Polytechnic)

This position will start off as 11 months contract.

Location:
Nanyang Polytechnic (At Yio Chu Kang)

Duties:

• Carries out operational and administrative functions under moderate supervision, following established procedures and guidelines
• Exercises basic judgement in routine and straightforward situations, escalating issues where necessary
• Supports data checks and creation of reports, maintaining a high level of accuracy in data handling and documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools, with strong working knowledge of Excel and SharePoint
• Utilises digital and automation tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, and RPA to support workflow improvements and service quality
• Experience or interest in AI, automation, or data-driven tools (e.g. chatbots, Power Automate, Power BI, AI-Agent creation etc) is an advantage
• Undertakes ad-hoc administrative assignments as required

Working Hour:

Mon to Thu 8.30am to 6pm, Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary:

$2760
