School Admin, Workplace Upskilling (Polytechnic)

This position will start off as about 8 months contract.

Location:
Nanyang Polytechnic (At Ang Mo Kio)

Duties:

• To provide administrative and operational support to National Centre of Excellence for Workplace Learning (NACE) Led by Nanyang Polytechnic.
• Manage NACE general enquiries mailbox and hotline and respond to the enquiries and follow up with the NACE team.
• Manage course matters such as learner enrolment, attendance and assessment administration in course management platforms such as STEP and TPG.
• Support the preparation of administrative reports for routine reporting.
• Maintain operational records, such as Indication of Interest forms, training databases and business records.
• Support procurement matters and engage vendors for NACE events and activities.
• Assist in customer engagement activities and promote relevant NACE services.

Working Hour:

Mon to Thu 8.30am to 6pm, Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary:

$2760
