Key Responsibilities

Administrative Service

• Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks with accuracy and care
• Prepare school communications, notices, and documents clearly and respectfully
• Maintain organized and confidential records of students and staff
• Support smooth office operations with responsibility and attention to detail

Parent & Community Support

• Welcome parents and visitors warmly, creating a friendly and respectful environment
• Respond to inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism
• Assist with enrollment, documentation, and parent communication

Support for Teachers & Students

• Provide administrative assistance to teachers and school staff
• Help prepare materials for school programs and values-based activities
• Support school events that promote kindness, gratitude, and environmental awareness

Values & Environmental Awareness

• Encourage neatness, orderliness, and mindful use of resources
• Support eco-friendly school practices and sustainability initiatives
• Model positive behavior aligned with the school’s mission and values

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred
• Experience in a school or service-oriented environment is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a values-centered community
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• Calm and patient when working with young children and families
• Positive and cooperative team spirit
