School Administrator - Encompass Education Hub

Encompass Education Hub is seeking a highly organised, warm and proactive School Administrator to support the daily operations of our Auckland campus, with cross-campus support for Wellington. This is a specialist administration role for someone with strong school systems knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting autistic and neurodivergent young people.

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am–4.00pm, term time only (days & hours non-negotiable)
Location: Auckland, supporting Auckland and Wellington campuses

About the role

You will manage student records, attendance, enrolments, Ministry of Education reporting, office systems, whānau communication, and finance and HR administration liaison. You will also be a calm, welcoming first point of contact for students, whānau, staff, visitors and external agencies.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Significant administration experience, ideally in a New Zealand school or education setting.
• Strong knowledge of KAMAR or another student management system.
• Confidence with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and digital administration systems.
• Experience with Ministry of Education systems such as ESL and ENROL, or the ability to learn these quickly.
• Excellent accuracy, confidentiality, organisation and communication skills.
• A calm, relational and neuro-affirming approach.
