School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

Casper Therapy Services is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a in person school-based position in the Cusseta, Georgia area for the 2026–2027 school year.

This is a wonderful opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working across age groups and is looking for a manageable caseload in a small, supportive school community.

Position Details:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours/day)
• K–12 caseload
• Serve students across a small rural school district with only two school buildings
• Case manage approximately 19 speech-only students
• Provide services and monitor speech/language goals for approximately 30 additional students who receive speech as a secondary service
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other members of the educational team
• Complete IEPs, documentation, progress monitoring, evaluations, and other school-based SLP responsibilities
• Anticipated start date: October 28, 2026, with the possibility of starting earlier if desired
• Position continues through the end of the 2026–2027 school year

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Georgia SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
