School Bus Driver

Position: CDL School Bus Drivers

Reports to: Transportation Manager

If you or someone you know enjoys working with children, has a mature attitude, and the flexibility to take on a part-time or full-time job we are hiring CDL SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Good vision and hearing, mental alertness, dependability, neat appearance
• Familiar with various bus routes in the district and stopping routes for students
• Cooperative attitude in working with students, school personnel, and co-workers.
• Good general intelligence and good knowledge of the geography of the city
• Ability to follow instructions, observe, and take initiative where help is needed.

Standard Requirements:

• Favorable Criminal Background Check, Motor Vehicle Record Check, and Child Abuse Registry Check for the candidate who is offered employment
• Tuberculin Test
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with "S" and "P" Endorsement?

License/Certification:

• CDL (Required)
• Passenger Endorsement (Required)
• School Bus Endorsement (Required)

Pay: $30.00 per hour

• School bus driving: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• (CDL) with "S" and "P" Endorsement (Required)
