Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely, following health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleaning schedules and record completed tasks accurately to ensure consistency and accountability.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet rolls to ensure continuous availability.
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning to the relevant department promptly.
• Follow strict health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or contamination.
• Assist with waste disposal processes, ensuring bins are emptied regularly and waste is disposed of responsibly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting cleaning supplies.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Nice-to-have skills include previous janitorial experience and familiarity with various cleaning equipment.
