School Cleaner (PM only)

Premiserv are currently recruiting two School cleaners to work in our lovely school in Parbold/Wigan (WN8) area

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, classrooms, restrooms and communal spaces.
• Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clarity and shine.
• Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning materials as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.

Skills

• Proven experience in school cleaning is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or prolonged standing.
• You MUST have a clean, valid Enhanced DBS
• You MUST have the Right to Work in the UK

The hours are fixed at Monday to Friday 4.15pm - 6.30pm which is 11 hours 15 mins each week. You will only work 40weeks out of 52 so this site is based on Pro Rata - £12.85 per hour - Monthly pay (No holidays allowed during term time)

Pay: £12.85 per hour

Expected hours: 11.25 per week
