Roles and Responsibility

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to help students achieve academic and personal goals.
• Develop and implement counseling programs to promote student well-being and success.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify and support students who may be struggling.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on topics such as stress management, time management, and study skills.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and community members to promote the school's mission and values.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with counseling theories and practices.
