School Inspector

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in education, Educational Leadership, Educational Administration or any related major. Graduated from a reputable university.
• Has knowledge and experience in teaching experience, school leadership experience, or expertise in educational assessment and evaluation.
• Practical experience in educational inspections, accreditation processes, or quality assurance practices is highly valuable.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related position.

Job Purpose

Responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and improving the quality of the education system, ensures that schools comply with government-established standards, assess staff performance and teaching quality, and provide support of  the education quality continues to improve and have positive impacts on Kids employees and the company.

Main Task

• Monitoring day-to-day tasks to ensure operations (teaching, learning, financial management, and facilities) smoothly.
• Improving and monitoring the child nursery and Kids condition.
• Improving education programs and teaching practice
• Evaluating and reviewing the curriculum and educational programs being implemented. Also Ensuring that government education policies are properly implemented in schools.
• Assisting curriculum committees and providing guidance to teaching staff and school administrators.
  Compiling and submitting assessment reports to the relevant authorities.
• Assessing & Hiring Teaching and Yayasan staff
• Monitoring and ensuring the utilization of school buildings and facilities
• Networking with the Education Authority & other School nearby
• Preparing and managing annual seminars and workshops for the teacher to Improve their Teaching skill. Also Supporting teachers’ professional development through research, publication and training
• Built good educational environment
