School Leader

A well-established private school in South Tangerang is looking for an experienced and visionary School Leader to lead the school’s academic, operational, and people development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school.
• Oversee academic quality and ensure effective curriculum implementation.
• Lead and develop teachers and school staff to achieve high performance.
• Monitor student achievement, learning quality, and overall school improvement.
• Establish a positive, professional, and student-centered school culture.
• Manage school operations and ensure compliance with applicable policies and standards.
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to support the school’s growth and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in education, preferably with leadership or management experience.
• Previous experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Head of School, Academic Coordinator, or equivalent leadership position is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, teaching and learning, and school management.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to lead diverse teams and create a collaborative working environment.
• Experience with Cambridge Curriculum or international school environments is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in English is preferred.
