About IPH Schools

IPH Schools is an international school in Surabaya that adopts the Cambridge curriculum with English as the medium of instruction. Since its establishment, IPH has been committed to providing holistic education that combines academic excellence, character formation, and a biblical perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the team in alignment with IPH’s vision, mission, and values.
• ⁠Develop strategies and work programs that support the school’s goals in academics, character, and spiritual growth.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance holistically.
• ⁠Build effective communication and collaboration with school leadership, teachers, staff, parents, and external partners.
• ⁠Serve as a role model of faith based values and integrity

Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

• ⁠At least 5 years of leadership/managerial experience in Education

• Cambridge curriculum expertise.

• IELTS Academic Overall Band Score: minimum 7.0

• Able and willing to work in a dynamic environment, which includes multi-tasking, fast work pace and collaborative inter-departmental planning of teaching and learning.

• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Results oriented while maintaining team growth and well-being.
