School Leader For Nursing Recognition Program

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced School Leader to run the day-to-day operations of our recognition school. You will be the single accountable lead for teaching quality, participant success, client communication, exam readiness and compliance. Our teaching team reports directly to you.

Responsibilities

Leading the Teaching Team

• Lead, support and develop the teaching team through daily contact
• Ensure teaching quality and adherence to lesson plans
• Foster motivation and collaboration within the team
• Organize remedial lessons and additional study sessions when needed
• Track and evaluate KPIs such as learning progress and pass rates

Participant Success

• Assess participants' readiness for the Kenntnisprfung
• Identify participants who need extra support and coordinate targeted interventions
• Handle concerns and escalations related to learning progress, motivation and integration
• Ensure issues are routed quickly to the right owner and resolved

Client and Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for our clients (hospitals and care facilities) on all school operations matters
• Handle client concerns and escalations about teaching, participants and communication
• Communicate clearly with clients on course progress and operational changes

School Operations and Compliance

• Own the day-to-day operations of the school
• Hold the named school leadership role required for accreditation (AZAV)
• Help support audit-ready internal processes and systems
• Work closely with the quality and compliance function

Collaboration

• Work closely with our course design and subject-matter team
• Work closely with mentors, who support participants with technical questions, motivation and time management

Your Profile

• Professional experience in nursing, nursing management or a hospital setting in Germany
• Leadership experience, ideally in a school, clinical education or a similar environment
• Teaching experience or qualifications are a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Experience coaching and developing teachers or staff
• Knowledge of the Kenntnisprfung and recognition procedures for international nurses is a

plus

• Enjoy working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Excellent German skills; fluent English
