School Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive admissions, revenue generation, fee collections, transport collections, and reduction of outstanding dues for the branch.
• Plan and execute marketing activities, events, preschool tie-ups, and local outreach initiatives to achieve admission and revenue targets.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations, including administration, campus maintenance, transport, inventory, vendors, and facilities.
• Manage parent relationships and non-academic grievances, ensuring timely resolution and high service standards.
• Coordinate staff management, recruitment, attendance, employee grievances, and team development in collaboration with HR.
• Manage finance and administrative processes, including petty cash, vendor payments, MIS, reports, documentation, and compliance.
• Effectively manage trustees and cross-functional stakeholders while driving process improvement and operational efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably in Operations, Management, Business Administration, or a related field, from a Tier 1/2 institute.
• 03 years of experience in operations, administration, education, customer service, admissions, sales, or a related domain.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, people-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and execution abilities.
• Customer-focused with the ability to handle parents, employees, vendors, trustees, and diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic and unstructured environments.
• Willingness to travel across branches within the city and take ownership of multiple responsibilities.
