給与：

年俸570万円～730万円 - Annual salary includes a fixed overtime allowance for 50 hours* per month (covering overtime, holiday, and late-night work) - Transportation allowance: up to JPY 36,000 per month - Probation period: 6 months (no change in conditions)

About Our School

Rugby School Japan (RSJ) is an international sister school of the prestigious Rugby School in the UK, established in September 2023 in Kashiwanoha, Chiba Prefecture. The RSJ campus is a co-educational day and boarding school set in a rich natural environment.

As a School Nurse

As a School Nurse, you will support the physical and mental well-being of students in the Health Centre, working closely with boarding staff to provide comprehensive care, necessary medical support, and health education in a safe environment.

Terms

• Duties may change based on school instructions- Work location: No change- Contract period: Jan 1, 2027 – Jul 31, 2029- Renewable fixed-term contract (2 years)- Eligibility for permanent contract after 5 years

Contract Terms

Contract renewal will be determined based on the school's operational status and the employee's performance evaluation.If the total contract period exceeds five years, the employee will be eligible to apply for conversion to an indefinite-term contractin accordance with the Labor Contract Act. In addition, a promotion system to permanent (full-time) employee status is also available,subject to a designated review process.
