School Operations Manager

• Oversee all day-to-day operations and administration of the Learning Centre.
• Ensure smooth coordination between academic and non-academic departments.
• Conduct daily campus/facility rounds (morning and evening) to ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning of all facilities.
• Responsible for maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of all school areas — classrooms, washrooms, corridors, gardens, playgrounds, and admin blocks.
• Responsible for supervising the operations and quality of on-campus Cafeteria / Canteen services for Students and Staff
• Responsible for Students & Staff transportation requirements
• Responsible for all Government & External Liaison work as stated below
• Liaise with the local Government authorities and relevant government departments including Education Dept. for obtaining permissions, recognitions, approvals, licenses, and certifications.
• Prepare and share daily facility round reports with the supervisor.
• Meet floor in-charges daily to gather feedback on cleanliness, maintenance, and facility-related concerns.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
